Use of the Tesco Talk Wi-fi site The Tesco Talk Wi-fi site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Tesco Talk Wi-fi site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Tesco Talk Wi-fi is the phone service that lets you make mobile voice calls in wireless enabled locations through a handset which is connected to the Internet via broadband (Tesco Talk Wi-fi service). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tesco Talk Wi-fi site and all services provided in connection with these. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details. Amendments We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via a suitable announcement on the Tesco Talk Wi-fi site. The changes will apply to the use of the Tesco Talk Wi-fi site after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the Tesco Talk Wi-fi site. Clubcard This paragraph is in addition to the terms and conditions of Tesco Clubcard. To be awarded Clubcard points applicable to Tesco Talk Wi-fi you need to have a valid Tesco Clubcard or a Tesco e-Clubcard number that you must enter when requested. Please note that Clubcard Vouchers or Clubcard eVouchers or bonus coupons received with the quarterly Clubcard mailing, by email or online, or handed out in-store, and product or discount coupons issued by manufacturers or promoters cannot be used on the Tesco Talk Wi-fi site. Tesco Phone Shop eCoupons Tesco Phone Shop may issue its own eCoupons directly or via Tesco channels or third parties (Tesco Phone Shop eCoupons) . This section sets out the terms and conditions for Tesco Phone Shop eCoupons. Tesco Phone Shop eCoupons are redeemable at the checkout page when making a purchase from the Tesco Talk Wi-fi site. Tesco Phone Shop eCoupons can only be used on the Tesco Talk Wi-fi site. Unless otherwise stated, Tesco Phone Shop eCoupons are not redeemable on Tesco.com, through Tesco Stores Limited or Tesco Personal Finance. We are entitled to cancel and reissue any Tesco Phone Shop eCoupons for any reason. We are entitled to suspend or change any aspects of the operation of Tesco Phone Shop eCoupons at any time. A Tesco Phone Shop eCoupon can only be used either as part payment for the item(s) stated on the Tesco Phone Shop eCoupon or in conjunction with the minimum spend threshold stated on the Tesco Phone Shop eCoupon in a single transaction. Intellectual property The content of the Tesco Talk Wi-fi site is protected by copyright, trade marks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the Tesco Talk Wi-fi site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Tesco Talk Wi-fi site without our written permission. Limitations You may not use the Tesco Talk Wi-fi site for any of the following purposes: disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening,harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, regulations or codes of practice gaining unauthorised access to other computer systems interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of the Tesco Talk Wi-fi site breaching any laws concerning the use of public telecommunications networks interfering or disrupting networks or web sites connected to the Tesco Talk Wi-fi site making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner Tesco reserves the right to refuse to post material on the Tesco Talk Wi-fi site or to remove material already posted on the Tesco Talk Wi-fi site. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to tescotalkwifi@tesco.net and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.
